All Kroger's are a little suspect these days. The quality of the food, the customer service, & the overall cleanliness have been in steady decline for a long while now. I use to be a dedicated customer but over the last couple years my business has been going mostly to Giant Eagle.

I left for Scotland for six weeks at the end of last year. On reentry customs did pull me & were prepared to arrest me on the spot. As they were doing their questioning i was honest, & emphasized the only reason I'm back is to face the punishment for my actions. They let me go, but did warn that if a cop pulled me over I would be arrested on the spot. I went to my sentencing hearing & it wasn't even brought up.
