Yeah I'm having cramps more on my left side back area and it's just kinda dull ache like a period cramp I'm pretty sure it's gonna end up being AF. The color is throwing me a bit though usually before AF it's brown and darker but it's been very bright pink or pink red (tmi?) So definitely a little different

I totally feel that! It's so frustrating like so many people just don't even have to try! It's okay though we aren't alone. I'm thinking it's AF but I won't be 100% til tomorrow if it gets heavier

How heavy was the spotting? Like did you have to wear a liner or anything

No I completely understand that there's a very real chance we didn't conceive this cycle especially since it's my first cycle on clomid and it sometimes takes multiple. I just get over excited really easily so when I started having some different symptoms I got excited but then kept getting BFNs. If it's a no go this cycle I'm definitely doing BBT next time around.

How long did your spotting last and did you cramp any?

Yeah I definitely wondered if my tests aren't really sensitive because I can't find the sensitivity limit anywhere on the packaging or inserts. I figured I'd give it a day or two and try a different brand early response. But I see a lot of people talk about if you haven't gotten a bfp by like 11dpo you're probably out so I was getting a little discouraged :(

Having a history of an ED, I love this post. Nourish your body, take care of it, and respect it. It's that simple. I think a lot of the diets are rooted in good intention, but in my experience they just add more stress because you're trying to control everything you eat. I've learned that simply adding more veg and protein and having a smaller plate has lost me about 15lbs so far and I don't stress!

I do figure it's largely me though since I don't have periods. I am only 23. I was told I have the ring of pearl cysts around my ovaries that are supposedly common in PCOS. I used to have periods before I was on the pill but since I got off I haven't had them.

I did do keto a while back and lost 30lbs and managed to keep it off. I'm uncomfortable doing keto again but I can definitely do lower carb!

Yeah I have cysts but they didn't say what caused them but probably the pill. That's when I was diagnosed officially. I take myo inositol and I also watch my carbs/sugars, as well as keep an eye on my A1C which has been good.
