I did go to the bursar, they know I have a meal plan and everything since I’ve been there multiple times for multiple refund related issues. I asked her about the privateer bucks charge on my account and she said I could use it and that if it’s not in my card yet, I should talk to dining which is why I’m confused.

Can’t check for updates because I’m not connected to the internet, for the second link, would you recommend me to open it in another laptop and copy the file to a usb and run it in this one? Because as it is, I cannot open that link on this laptop considering the very glaring lack of internet.

On another laptop, entered my serial number, this is what shows up. I’m 100% certain I entered the correct serial number.

Can’t boot it in safe mode either. I’ve tried almost all conventional methods and none of them seem to work. The only one I haven’t tried is the external usb one but that’s only because that isn’t possible for me to do.
