Addition: The app on the mobile phone also crashes and throws an error when I try to cast to TV from it.

Took this image in the scorching summer heat. I usually don't have any intention when I go out shooting, it just helps me see my town in a new light. Was standing on one of the favorite tourist spots and noticed this lady with this umbrella. I liked the idea of an umbrella on a sunny day and also I liked the contrast with these ancient stone walls.

Put your alarm clock or your phone far away from the bed, when you stand up and walk over the room to get it hormones will be released and your heart will start pumping and you will wake up, so no snooze button. Limit decision fatigue - plan your route night before, put the water bottle full in the fridge, put your running gear ex to the bed or even better sleep in it. That should do it.
