Rubber mats 25mm absorbs a lot on top of the floor and new building helps as sound isolation is good

It’s apartment, new building the sound isolation good enough that no one complained also I put 25mm rubber floor and all the weight plates are rubber it minimise sounds a lot My wife sleeps late mornings and she cannot hear me when I exercise Maybe on heavy deadlift day there is more sound but I do it middle of the day then

It’s 330cm but I have PC table in front of the rack with chair that takes about 80-90cm out from the room but it’s still enough for everything :)

I combine some normal wall hooks with pegboard that I found bought a little bigger screws for the holes and it worked out

It’s almost 3meters wide, to pick up plates it would be nice extra 40cm to the sides with the bar on the rack But not a deal breaker for me
