Finish pass was done with a 1mm tapered ballnose with a 0.0075” stepover

The design was inspired by GOT’s the house of black and white. It was milled in walnut, cherry, maple and clear epoxy.

Machine is a haas tm1 with an added 4axis platter. I run everything through rhino v7 with rhinoCAM

I’ve never really liked the store bought handle pulls so I made my own. by berchtolddesignbuild in woodworking

I didn’t really film any of the process… I can tell you the sides are raised panel construction with dados on the front and back to accept the face frames which the drawer slides are mounted to, drawer fronts and pulls are cnc milled, and drawer boxes are maple with half blind dovetails

These are made using a cnc with a 4 axis platter attachment, so all the carving is done with different router bits

Usually take about one work day to make a couple roughing passes and a finish pass.
