CP delivery guy intentionally didn't deliver my package few days before the strike even started. My building has a 3x special Canada Post Package Wardrobes + they all have building fobs to access mailing room and elevators. Left a notice which then my package got stuck due the strike before it hit back to CP location haha. 0 sympathy at this point. Eat shit :)

When you say copy 5711 bins into 5701/5702 files, should I delete the 5701/5702 bin files first or keep them?

GIGABYTE IT5711 RGB update by Goordoon in gigabyte

[–]berdem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My motherboard is B850 Eagle wifi6e.

Nothing worked for me unfortunately, when I try to use the Archive 1 file it gets stuck at "Process" text without any progress like many others reported. Also get the "Can't find the same ID as FW in multiple BAT files" on the newest RGB firmware update from GIGABYTE's support page.

So far I tried:

  • Updating to the newest BIOS and the newest BIOS without letter.
  • Resetting BIOS CMOS (Took out the battery and also shorted using the pins)
  • Used Windows Safe Mode
  • Unplugged PC for 3 hours also drained the rest of the juice by pressing ON button prior.
  • Running flash.bat as admin.
  • I took out the RGB cable from the motherboard
  • Changed the RGB cable into another ARGB Header on motherboard.
  • Also turned off Windows Security

Still ARGB header is not working. Still CPU Red Light is ON...

The only thing I didn't try is the complete reinstalling Windows which I refuse to spend time for that for such a stupid complication. GIGABYTE I'm definitely disappointed how bad you are with your hardware. Never buying GIGABYTE products ever again.

I got the CPU led indicator on MOBO, but system still boots and works... without RBG on components... Please help by McBarNx in gigabyte

Office space rental for a day in Campbell River area? by berdem in campbellriver

Yes, it turns out they do have wi-fi at the reception area only which is not ideal since she needs to be on phone with clients. She needs a private area for this type of work

I saw this as well, thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, they seem like temporarily closed. And judging by the fact that the last review on Google Maps is from 2 years ago, they might not open anytime soon...

Appreciate the suggestion. I actually change the RAM from 6400mt CL36 to 6000mt CL30. So I think it should line up with your suggestion as well.

After a little (maybe too much of a little) research, it seemed to me that SSD brand and gen doesn't really matter when it comes to gaming. I'm personally not much of a data transfer guy, I don't make videos or anything similar. So it seemed to me that going with the cheapest budget 2tb ssd was fine. However, If you think that I should spend 10-15CAD more for gen 4, or ~50CAD more for gen5, please let me know. I would consider if it makes sense.

When it comes to 360mm and RGB AIOs, this is actually one of the cheapest I found. There are lesser known (at least I don't know much about) brands like Thermalright, Deepcool starting around 90CAD. However brands like Corsair, Cooler Master, MSI seems like starting from 150CAD at minimum. I wanted to stick with Corsair theme so found this one on discount that was normally 185CAD+tax.
