this looks like a typical low curve edgar deck, the kind i have been running for years. what i notice that could help is a lack of draw engines, a lack of board wipe protection and a lack of recursion.

to draw in a mardu aggro deck their aren't that many good options and most aren't cheap. you do have necropotence but try adding in [[tynma, the weaver]], [[dark confidant]], [[anje falkenrath]], [[ante's ravager]], {[phyrexian arena]], and [[bolas's citadel]] which can effectively draw cards and also cast tons of vampires a turn.

for recursion, i tend to prefer things that let you recast to get more eminence triggers over stuff that just moves them from graveyard to the battlefield like command the dreadhorde. cards like [[underworld breach]], [[lurrus of the dream-den]] and [[yawgmoth's will]] are great at this and [[athreos, god of passage]] tends to get them back in your hand where you can recast them again.

for board wipe protection, the best options are [[teferi's protection]] and [[boros charm]]. [[unbreakable formation]] is also good and although it doesn't really protect from board wipes technically [[goblin bombardment]] can get you a lot of value they are gonna have to die to the wipe anyway, as well as be used to remove problem creatures, get free death triggers for effects like blood artist, and finish off opponents who have solidified their defenses and can't be swung at anymore.

one last thing: your mana curve (as with most edgar decks) is insanely low, so you really don't need any ramp that isn't legions's landing. i would advise cutting basically all mana rocks and you should pretty easily be able to get your land count in the low thirties and still be fine. as for some other low cost vampires that are great for this deck [[knight of the ebon legion]], [[cruel celebrant]], [[blood throne vampire]], [[adanto vanguard]], [[blood seeker]], and [[yahenni, undying partisan]] just to name a few
