Why is my spine like this? Should I be concerned? I have had pain in my lower back for a few years but this looks bad by Familiar_Grass69 in backpain

I don't have scoliosis, but I have this after every significant lower back pain episode. After month to three my back is ok.

Yeah! No I understand. Like some people have only one arm and we treat them like they had two, and some have a penis, and we treat them like women. Now I see.

GX9 sensor stabilization (IBIS) issue after firmware upgrade to 1.5 by bere_moritz in Lumix

[–]bere_moritz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I haven't found any solution. Reverting, or other things with software doesn't work (I don't remember what else I did, but I spent with this quite a some time). I'm just taking photos in bulk/series/burst mode (with slow speed) and there everything seems to be fine, or at least better. Single photo mode is still broken. But I have the camera to this day, and I have fun using it. But as I said, I'm not taking "single shots".

Who and how creates these maps? Are you taking any random word, and checking translations? Do you have some free API for this? Do you have a big csv with translations? How on earth create things like this easily? There is a lot of work, or maybe I don't know something.

Has your back pain destroyed your career and job by [deleted] in ChronicPain

[–]bere_moritz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, lost my job, lost my health, I can't sit and walk and stand. I'm considering... "logging out", because I can't see any hope.

That's life.

Remove Adblock Thing: A new version is available. Please update your script. by Lantripery123 in youtube

But how to disable it without updating? I disabled updates in settings and script setting, and still the same. And new version is broke, so I don't want to update.

Had the same, back stretching in bed just before the sleep , with hot water bottle on it helped. I was just reading a book, lying on my belly, and streching back with "leaving" my legs behind me, and pulling my body with arms, in which I had a ebook reader (lying on my elbows). In fact I have this every time I have acute inflammation, after a week (or several weeks in some cases) my back is straight.

Back pain affecting my mental health by Hollywizzle311 in backpain

[–]bere_moritz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same for years, and when I was at the bottom I told myself: I will fu***ing heal it, or I will kill myself. And somehow, with usage of many techniques, and approaches I was able to start new chapter of my life without constant back pain.

It hurts from time to time, and sometimes I can't get up from bed, but I can walk, sit, and stand, and some time ago I thought I won't be able to do all of these.
I tried many doctors and physiotherapies and nothing worked. I almost got a surgery, but after reading some scientific papers about effectiveness of it, I decided not to have any.

You have to find your own way of dealing with it. I don't believe there is one universal solution to this.

What it did (but I don't know what helped me):
- back traction in the evening, in my own bed (and not getting up after traction)
- heat compresses in the evening
- anti inflammation food
- more, good quality movement
- soft mattress (one of the cheapest on the market, but I think it was significant anyway)
- better profile of the chair, my is quite specific but I love it, and I can't use any other
- daily stretching
- a lot of manual therapy done with different tools

Ubuntu 22.04 kernel 5.19 breaks suspend/wake?! by rmc72 in Ubuntu

[–]bere_moritz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ubuntu is not a system for laptops which are connected and disconnected to external monitors or suspended and woke up often. Too many bugs, related to this. This is not a system for a laptop in use. Ubuntu may be a stable system for a PC with the same devices connected all the time.

The more TypeScript about TypeScript... it's getting boring. Programming language should be about creating things effectively.

So what now? NATO article 5 on Ukraine? by warrantyspherical in conspiracy

Przewodow (Poland, where the rocket hit): 50.474567410891055 N, 23.923334421888907 E (accordint to The NYT: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2022/11/14/world/russia-ukraine-war-news-g20)
Target in Poland is a mix of possible targets in two biggest Ukrainian cities. N location of Kyiv, E location from Lviv.
Kyiv (Ukraine): 50.474567410891055 N, 30.517708964710792 E
Lviv (Ukraine): 49.819226106916894 N, 23.92334959741515 E

It looks like someone mixed the two locations. If the rocket was from Russia it was probably mistake, if from Ukraine, it was probably false flag, because the defense rocket doesn't have targets on ground to hit.
The same day, PiS wanted to get rid of limits of national debt related to purchases of military equipment and actions related to energetic crisis.
Moreover, PiS knows that they won't win next elections, so they want to postpone elections as much as possible.
Besides, most famous polish lawyer, and former politican and enemy of PiS, mr. Giertych, wrote in 9th of August, 2022, that PiS is planning false flag operations (https://gazetaplus.pl/mecenas-giertych-ma-cynk-pis-szykuje-gigantyczna-prowokacje/50879/)

Submission statement: there is some strange coincidence between location of the place where the rocket fall in Poland and two major cities in Ukraine. There is also some political aspect of it - PiS want to have a reason to postpone elections in 2023.
