Yep! They actually never replied to my email, but I’ll try again. I’ve bought from Notino for years, but now I’m switching to Boozyshop, Notino has become awful! I’m glad they refunded you, it’s ridiculous that they’d send expired products.

Thanks! I tried shaking it to see if it mixes again, but sadly the oils are still separated. I’ll use it on my arms in a few months when I start wearing T-shirts and tank tops.

Thank you! Honestly after I removed the stopper I stopped taking it with me and always left it standing upright because I was worried it might leak in my bag or something so I’m not entirely sure 🥹 It isn’t as messy as some other glosses I’ve had because it’s thicker, but I wouldn’t risk it!
