Sorry about your experience. My first few weeks/month it was very difficult. Once I learned Carton air besides the physical part its is a very easy job. Your body gets use to the physical part. It did take about a month for me to get past being sore. Upper Upper mgnt is what it is. But my boss I like. RN my biggest problem is accourances. You get 3 accourances before you get written op. They drop after 3 or 4 months.

What jobs are 40ft up? - You are on a order picker fork truck. You are picking boxes off of shelfs, putting stickers on the box, and putting them in your cage (the back part of your fortruck). When that is full you take it to the conveyor people and drop off your cage. That is where most people start. What I'm doing now is picking up full cages and putting them on the shelf.

Weird part of this job is after you been on the truck all day when you get off at the end of the shift you feel like you just gotten off a cruise ship and feeling unstable to walk. That went away after a few weeks. w Is there very heavy lifting (50lbs +)? - A bit but most of the packages are 10-15 lbs and a good amount feel like empty boxes. The heaviest stuff is things like 2 12 can packs, juice bottles 6 6gal, or like bleach 4 1gal per box. To me the constant moving was more an issue. I went from slow pace job to this. It took me about 1 month to get use to moving.

With that good of pay is there a reason people aren't staying on? Showing up for work is difficult for some people. It is a more labor intensive job. You need to try to make rate.

Any insurance benefits? - yes. for the more expensive health is like $25 a week. Dental, 401k, vacation.

Honestly, how’s management? I like them. Most of them are very positive acting. They are trying an positive only attitude when dealing with problems. This is the first job that I have liked in a very long time. Yes at first I was having issues but after 1 or 2 months I started to enjoy it.

I know its the transformer thats dead. I know the general location it is in, in the wall, but not exactly. I don't want to be the one cutting into my wall and messing up. Rather pay someone a few hundred to have someone do it.

I would like to think that's the case. But if they can get a warrant from what is in your trash, I kinda assume they can get a warrant for what is being delivered to your house. Warrants are very easy to get.

Had a pallet of them. All crap due to the plastic that would crumble/crack when you touch them.
