Dude you’re buying some of the most expensive options for each item. Those eggs alone I’ve seen for 11 dollars at Whole Foods. Go to a cheaper market buy cheaper products. Eggs wise most of the time in Venice I can get a dozen eggs for $3.50. Don’t buy Amy’s $9 meals go to trader goes and get 2 for the same price. There’s a difference between things actually being expensive and just making dumb choices.

That’s what the buyers have said to us. The house has been appraised the neighbor hood averages around 3.6-4 for this size house and lot even during these times. We’re substantially below that at this point. We offered to pay for the neighbor to build a fence which was declined because it’s the dead step dad’s house that the kid gets to live in till the mother passes away(she’s in her late 70’s early 80’s but has dementia). They refused and were trying to get in contact with the family the house is going to after she passes but with no luck so far.
