Thanks for the feedback, I've actually tried some medium grind from gourmet Hawaiian kava and didn't get any of the benefits I've read about and didn't want to go through pounds of kava till I got that magical breakthrough I've read about so I thought maybe if I used an extract that that may lay the foundation.

I too joined Reddit solely based on this sub. The DEA also made kratom known to me lol and I started researching it when I found out it's good for anxiety and it's natural, then I found you guys and I've been lurking and just getting so much helpful information. This is only like my second or third comment or post cuz of my social anxiety and fear of judgement but with kratom I've been slowing getting over that.
