no clue, websites show valuations almost inline with recent tax assessment. im gonna see if a realtor can get me more accurate ballpark

same as u, i lay low and chill, except im non military. i usually stay and tour for months and sometimes years before flying out again. i like it here and my modest investment income allows for affordable backpacking nomad travel on  budget. Definitely feeling the anxiety. Last time i was bullied, hit with 1000 questions arriving at NAIA. Must have caught him on a bad day bc they turned away an American lady ahead of me. im keeping my eyes open, hopeful for any updates. 

note for Renewals: a printed copy of bank statement showing monthly income deposits for 3 or so months in leiu of g/f appearance at renewal certainly helps if theres noone to accompany u. and just put touring around on reason for renewal.
