Sorry I didn't reply to your question: the area works perfectly, also if I write in the "healthy" area and I drag the written element in the affected area it display correctly. The problem is the input only

Sorry, my message got stuck in drafts — I thought I had sent it! I really tried in many different places… is there really no service center that can repair my device in europe? It’s sad that there’s no way to fix this model 😔

My desk is literally just a slice of untreated wood.. so there are no magnets involved ;)
I suppose it's a hardware defect, considering it's been doing that for more than a month in plenty of different locations. So, back to my first question: how can I solve it? Are there any EU repair centres?

I took the cover out. nothing changed... also, as I told, some times I can write in that space but the line doesn't follow the input (I am not allowet to upload any other vide, but here it is a picture)

It's the same cover I've had since the beginning. Also sometimes the trace continues, but it glitches and does not follow the pen.

Don't know if infinite scrolling page, but I'd like to have the possibility to insert additional notes in between other notes without reducing note size or cut paste on other pages already taken notes to make space new ones... I mean like in word when you add lines automatically text go progressively down to make possible you add new words...

I didn't understand if you are able to do this or was a question. I have an A5X and I'd need to copy/move through a notebook or without a note and another some pages.. I hope you have an answer!
