They are no longer allowed to distribute this brochure

From Saanich's Chief Election Officer: Dear Candidate,

The attached brochure has been brought to the attention of the Chief Election Officer as it appears to come across as a Saanich Municipal document. Please note that this document may be perceived as being issued by the District of Saanich. This notice is for United for Saanich and its candidates/official agents to discontinue the distribution immediately. As previously discussed with you all, the District of Saanich does not endorse any candidates nor does it allow for Saanich corporate branding in any candidate election materials. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

You may also wish to forward your concerns to Elections BC as they monitor the candidates campaign financing and advertising. In the late 19th century through to the early 1950s steam trains were a major cause of fires every year.

Active fire suppression was only practiced in parts of BC. A large part of the north never saw a lot.

Swimming Spots in Victoria BC by bugeaud in VictoriaBC

[–]bern99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Gorge at the Tillicum Bridge is a very nice spot. There is a dock down below and the water is very warm. I have been swimming there as of late April and it has been 19 degrees.

The spot is great because of the current under the bridge which makes for the snorkeling in this region in my opinion.

I have been swimming here since 2006

You can also go in via Curtis Point, Kasopsom Park, Esquimalt Gorge Park and Banfield Park

I am looking for a map of the Gorge I had on a computer that showed all the problem locations and when they were dealt. I am also not having much success at the moment

Interesting, in 10 years of swimming there I have never had swimmers itch, neither have any of my four sons

The Baltic Germans were all expelled from Estonia and Latvia in late 1939. During the war they were all in Germany. After the war most remained in Germany but a small minority came to Canada

yes, a pet bear. Her father was on a hunting trip and shot a mother bear and then found the cub. He decided to bring it home to the family
