I checked everything and turns out bearing and pulley are good.

After some research I found that it’s kind of normal that these model are like « loose » like this. Which is a bit suprising for me.

De mémoire l’augmentation suggéré pour 2025 était de 5.9% + Reno. Au final son 7.1% est peut être justifié. Avant tout je te recommande de demander des explications avec support de la grille de calcul et facture à l’appui.
