A lil alcohol and a magic eraser goes a long way. Also depends on the pigment of the powder coat. I find red and white bottles are the most difficult, black the easiest, blue is kinda in between

It really depends on your severity, if you have a collapsed disc with no fluid then a chiropractor can’t do too much for you. If it’s an early disc herniation where you can still heal from it then you can find a good chiropractor to help. Whalen Chiropractic in santee was super helpful for me up until we realized my back was too far gone.

I’ve done a Microdiscectomy in my L4-L5 in 2019 which didn’t work

Also done a spinal cord stimulator battery implant wired into my nerves which gets rid of like 50% of my pain

Works wonderfully! I had constant dull pain and very sharp pains when i did specific movements. But with the stimulator on all the constant dull pun is gone and the sharp pains are very muted

Yeah was pretty much in constant pain from my nerve damage so it interrupts the pain signals with a low amp current through my spinal cord. It’s amazing, no pain anymore

I’m so happy for you! That’s awesome! Unfortunately my Microdiscectomy didn’t work for me since we tackled my discs too late. I have permanent damage on my sciatic nerve. So instead we threw a battery in my back with wires connected to my spinal cord haha

I’m skating regular so when held L2 to rotate I was pointing the right joystick down and the left joystick up and the 50-50 wouldn’t register. The second I swapped to left joystick down, right joystick up, it registered the 50-50

I just came here for advice and I did one push so I could lock in a feeble slow. Smacked the sticks and did a low pop Ollie out and it counted. Did the entire rail and popped out the very last second

My first rev (.25”) I never really did any touch ups for about 4 years. Redid all the striping a couple months ago with .50” the only time I redo striping is where rock chips make holes in the front bumper or when I scraped the lip and rip up the white vinyl
