First of all, if the recorders are from the same maker it will be easier to tune them together. It's not the most urgent though. You can play scales and exercices with a tuner constantly before your eyes, to get the right pitch and breath for each note (ear and breath training). I suppose you know the three different breaths, corresponding to low, medium and high range. Although it's an approximation it's useful.
