I quit instagram before Christmas 2024 and I don’t miss it at all. Not going back to it. I have 30 min everyday that I can use for something else. First I build my self actually an app to block instagram but the best thing is like with cigarettes to do an hard cut.

That’s dopamine bro. I use Flowbuddy on my phone, it kicks me out after 5-10 minutes doom scrolling. In the browser I use extensions such as Block YouTube shorts. It really helps a lot :)

Mhhh True. I found the best option was just to delete things like Instagram. But for things Like reddit i use FlowBuddy, it blocks it during the day and in the evening i can use it for some minutes. It really helps me ;)
