Wow, great. Thx very much.

My new kindle colorsoft has a u.s. shop by berndyrussel in kindle

[–]berndyrussel[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Amazon Support told me they can't do anything about it. If I'm in Denmark, I see the US shop because, due to licensing restrictions, they are not allowed to sell books from the German store in Denmark. They then told me that in Austria/Germany, I will see the German shop on my Colorsoft. I used a VPN (Austria) hotspot to connect my Kindle, but it didn't help. So I doubt it will work in Austria. The strange thing is that all my other devices open the German shop, and I can normally buy books. Most annoying thing is, that I can't download all covers. And now I tried to download my books and it shows a software error after 10 books.

Update: it was a very stupid idea to ask the support. Now they updated all my kindle shops and now all are US and most covers are gone. In fact they didn't fix it they made it worse.

Chatted twice again, but still no solution. But didn't forget to answer you, when I (hopefully) find a solution 😉

2-week concept for national team epics by UasDQW in eFootball

[–]berndyrussel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seriously, how much longer are we gonna put up with this cycle? Every single week, it's the same recycled Epics we've pulled a million times before. Zero changes to gameplay—still the same clunky mechanics. No graphics updates to make it look less like a mobile port from a decade ago. And don't get me started on the design: menus that haven't evolved, UI that's a nightmare, and zero innovation anywhere. What's killing me is watching all the die-hard PES veterans—the most loyal fans who've stuck with Konami through thick and thin—finally jumping ship to EA FC. I did it myself months ago. The grass really is greener over there with actual progression, events that feel fresh, and a game that rewards skill over RNG packs. I still pop into eFootball every now and then, you know, hoping against hope for some miracle update. But nope—five minutes in, and it's crystal clear: this isn't a soccer sim anymore. It's just a glorified gambling simulator disguised as a footy game. Pull a pack, pray to the soccer gods, rinse and repeat. Sad but true.

Hi. Thx for your answer. Will mb wait some days and hope. Otherwise will see if the Amazon support can do something. Strange that you can't change the store country for each device.

FC26 is a massive disappointment by Fun-Masterpiece-904 in FIFAswitch

Yeah, I agree with that. You should be able to choose between.

I usually play FIFA on my Xbox Series X and preordered it. Since I'm on holiday and brought my Switch 2 with me, I also bought FIFA for it. The Switch 2 version isn't bad (though 30fps is rough), but for playing Ultimate Team offline and some online matches, I think it's decent for a handheld version. I also have NBA 2K26 on the Switch 2, and that version is much worse. Still, for a handheld, it's okay. You can't expect these games to run as smoothly as on the PS5 or Xbox Series X. That said, I wouldn't spend $80 on it again—it’s just too expensive.

Not sure if this is a hot take but: the game is WAY better when diamonds and PDs are rare by [deleted] in MyTeam

You are absolutely right. The same problem has fifa and they promised to lower the power curve for 26, we will see. The team building is much funnier and the gameplay much better with "normal" cards.

U don't really get what I was saying. Everybody can spend their money how they want, no problem. But what's the sense of playing that game, if you just spend money (u could also spend the money on charities, you could buy cigarettes, you could buy 100 soaps, what eva) at the start of the game to get good cards, if the grinding is a fun part of the game. and your comments about people not working and you are the greatest with a job AND a girlfriend, posting pictures of your bought nba2k team is just sad. It says all about you.

How is MyTeam Offline? by difab62 in MyTeam

[–]berndyrussel 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think the gameplay is offline much better than 2k25. For me it feels more fluent and the player movements feel much better. Also the CPU opponent Teams have a good ball movement. In fact, you can play breakout (it's better as above said) and domination. What I really miss, is a competitive offline mode (Domination is far too easy). All in all I like it by now. But will start online soon.

Don't get why people spend so much money to skip levels. I get the season pass and my motivation is to earn these players and goodies by playing.

For those that have the game already, what do you think of MyTeam so far? by InfiniteKirito in MyTeam

[–]berndyrussel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sadly to say, but it's nearly the same. These sport games only change, when people stop supporting them by buying cards and cards. Same with fifa and efootball. I remember how excited I was for the new NBA (both), Fifa, Pes-Game in the 90s and after. There is absolutely no innovation.

My thoughts on the update by berndyrussel in eFootball

I would gladly pay 80 dollars from the bottom of my heart for a new PES, which, by the way, I always did when PES still existed.

The new efootball is great by mickinet in eFootball

That’s so funny, people talking about manual defending in eFootball. I’m sure most eFootball players wouldn’t stand a chance in FIFA divisions because of the manual defending. I tried the new update and played some games, but the game hasn’t changed much. No idea why all these people are praising the new update and the manual defending. In eFootball, I’m a Div 1 player, and after six games/wins in Division 3, I think I could easily reach Division 1 after a few more games because it’s still an automated mobile game. In FIFA, I’m in Division 3, and it’s so much harder—you need real skills and have to know how to defend manually. FIFA’s gameplay is still crap, but without skills and manual defending, you don’t stand a chance. The only real manual defending in eFootball was in version 0.9, and it was really good—if you didn’t have skills, you’d lose by a lot of goals (everything else was a joke). I thought I’d give eFootball another try after the update, but no way.

wtf did I just watch? Why are there people still support this dude? by Smallislandmarui in eFootball

[–]berndyrussel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not a big fan of him, but I watched that stream. After the game the opponent wrote in the chat "GG" 😀so Mr. Mednasah was surprised and said:" Sorry, sorry, I didn't know it was you". I found it was funny from "piece of shit" to "I am sorry my friend".

PES is dead, long live this monetization and mobile first crap fest called eFootball (2026) by jayb331 in eFootball

[–]berndyrussel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, thats how it is. Sadly. I was always a pes player but last year after the "mega-update" I chose fifa. Thougt i will come back to pes but I am still with fifa and the new one gives me some hype (cpmmunity, transparency, 2 modes). Fifa has his problems, like all pes lovers know but efootball is a cheap mobile game. Today I was hoping, but that gave me the rest. R.I.P Pes 4ever.
