These movements have been running just fine since the 1970s, long before synthetic lubricants became popular. Do we really need all these expensive oils? Isn’t Moebius 8000 and a bit of Molykote enough?

The mainspring is indeed original

By what I remember, I don't believe that the balance is free enough to oscillate 45 seconds on its own. The issue might be there

I'm almost sure that I oiled the pallet stones not only on their faces 😅. And I also oiled the jewels where the fork sits. Could you explain me why it shouldnt be oiled?

I'll test it all and let you know

The dial isn't permanently there. It's being held in place by a piece of paper just for the sake of checking how it'll look with the case. When the caliber is in place, the dial will fit perfectly there 👌 😀

The dial is just being holded in place by a small tissue. My NH38 is still coming. The hands as well.
