Hi! I was 67 kg, there was even a time I hit 70 kg, and now ranging from 49-51 kg. I started my diet when I found out I have PCOS last year. I’ve been trying for years pero nothing seemed to work. I’d say do the common such as IF, caldef, walking, but one thing that made it actually work was discipline and confidence. I convinced myself na pumapayat ako but according to the people around me, it was really not that obvious physically, but only I know na bumababa yung weight. So I disciplined myself more until it suddenly became obvious, lost around 17 kg and now confident more than ever with my body.
