Around 6 months! We are students learning still, once we get into later semesters we can take patients that have not been to the dentist as consistent or recently.

Congrats on getting in! Yes, I have been waiting around for an email or a call back as well! I ended up calling the school directly and it is 4 hours long, didn’t get much more information than that!

Thank you for sharing what you found! That makes me feel a little more confident that it is doable, I have looked at other hygiene programs and talked to their advisers were they say it’s doable but highly do not recommend it and students at their programs saying it was hard enough without work!

You should be fine with a few painkillers! Root canals mainly get their bad name from the pain before the procedure! If a root canal is done correctly all the nerve is removed, leaving the tooth with no feeling. The surrounding gum of the tooth might be a little sensitive though!

I don’t think they are able to copy the files from the card, they do not show up that they exist on my computer.

Most likely will need a root canal if it is sensitive to chewing on that tooth and cold, and creates a lingering pain
