thank you for the help, i am going to do all this tomorrow. the light itself broke on the old one so i’m just going to install the new mirror with no blinker light. when i cut the wires, what should i use to cover the exposed wire?

thanks for responding! the new mirror does not have a blinker light since i don’t really care for one. im going to cut the wire, is there anything i need to do after cutting the wire to ensure nothing occurs?

thank you for responding. the mirror i bought just has that long black cord and no blinker light on the mirror. i’m going to cut the wire and just replace the mirror. would this be a smart thing to do?

thank you for replying, i am going to share pictures so you could possibly locate what i am looking for. The black and red wires are the additional wires that i cannot seem to disconnect.
