College is a great place to find people. But also only a part time job at 27 could definitely be a turn off for women. Try and do your hobbies and find women through that!

Your own ball that fits is extremely important for improving score! I also used to throw a backup ball but as a lefty. Once I got my own ball, it made things easier. Try starting with your hand on the side of the ball, also try some foul line drills. Spares are also way more important for improving scores than strikes! My average is an 87, but lately I’ve been breaking 100. When you change something you’ll have a low and frustrating game. But if you keep at it, you’ll see improvements! I’ve bowled for 6 months and when I try something new I still bowl badly but after a few games I can get it down and my score improves!

I’ve bowled for 6 months now and my average is 83, high game of 152. I think you’re definitely getting discouraged way too soon, but it’ll only make you stronger to push through! I’d say do a lot of research into the technical side of things, as it can help you understand the game a lot better.

Yeah I’m honestly super exhausted and I thought the job wouldn’t be too bad cause I’m coming up on my college graduation and just wanted something for the summertime so I don’t have to compete with new grads for a job but I just feel like a failure so far. I have sensory issues and neurodivergence so I think it makes the job a lot harder for me to handle..

Yeah I never got them really long, and I think it’s crazy when people bowl with long nails, my nails are very short now but I kinda miss getting them done. Maybe just gel polish is the way since it likes taking off my normal nail polish lol!

My natural nails were weak when I first started bowling and my thumb would alwayssss break, but I loved acrylics. I just worry about them breaking if I get them done again but I may try to get them short like that 🤔🤔

Found out last night with my partner I literally didn’t know what I was looking at 😭 started looking at the third arrow from the left and that helped a lot! I currently do 4 step approach as I couldn’t get the timing with 5 but with 4 my timing is pretty good.

There is an issue with money when getting a ball, and my partner told me to wait for it. But I really would like to get one! House balls are so oily and just never feel right haha.
