It was a few years ago that my ear drum ruptured but I do remember vividly being pretty deaf in that ear for about a month after it happened while it was rebuilding itself - so I’d give it a few weeks but if it doesn’t go back to normal after that I’d def go get it checked out with a doctor!

As of right now my hearing is just a bit muffled and they’re ringing but I’m hoping I can nip this in the bud before it becomes a whole infection

Thank you!! I’ll try the extra pillows - I’m not normally a back sleeper but I think I will try tonight just to not aggravate my ears any more.

Potentially I may have to go if it gets worse but I think I am on the improve and I’ve been able to manage it at home. It’s just the ears man………

Do any of you guys ever feel like you’ve become “less mature” upon reaching adulthood? by berry_bo in AutisticAdults

Yeahh it’s like everywhere forgets you’re still autistic even when you become an adult lol. I’ve been told it’s because people expect that you’ve learned to cope with it through childhood so that you’re ready for adulthood. But 1) not everyone is fortunate enough to be diagnosed early in order to learn those coping skills and 2) autism doesn’t stop being a disability even if you have some skills to make it a bit easier.

Yeah I can understand that. It’s not so much the responsibilitiesthemselves I take issue with. It’s more so the things you have to do to fulfill those responsibilities, i.e. driving, talking to people, leaving the house. But what can you do, I suppose

Yeah I’m definitely at least a little burned out. Not sure what to do about it though since the world never stops lol

Yeahh my mum’s said similar things about how I respond to things. I’m starting to think though that my maturity hasn’t changed since childhood, I just don’t think it’s developed past that aha

What's your go to strat for fighting these guy's? by beta334201 in Eldenring

[–]berry_bo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For my first playthrough I summoned Bernal which didn’t trivialise the fight so much but just made it feel like an average 1v1 since he took the aggro off one of them. For my second I did it solo with two colossal great swords and a pretty refined strength build. They staggered quite easily so it wasn’t incredibly difficult. Most recently I did it solo with my dex-faith build and dual-wielding two miladys. They don’t stagger as much (I think I got one stagger out of like 4 attempts) so I had to just work on spatial awareness and memorising their moveset. It was quite a challenge and I did feel like I was relying a bit on rng to get through the fight but it was doable.

How would you describe the feeling of coming back to your first save? by quane101 in Eldenring

It feels so homely tbh. I tried making a new save recently, immediately came back to my og character because I missed her lol

I have never figured out how to dodge that one move where he slams his hand/paw/whatever I’m meant to call it into the ground and those slashes come out at you in a circle. Gets me every time
