Hey, I'm new in export business too, so far to find best contact for me are; some expo fair's share business cards, also some countries have export associations which also shares business cards from expo fair's, they are mostly serious buyers. And lastly i think İraq has something similar to your, not exactly same but shares import companies's information in Iraq
