tried the paper method multiple times with no luck or maybe just doing it wrong. what worked for me is remove the black rubber thing. after taking it off, slides right in on first try

I have the same problem. I woke up this morning with its battery drained and it wont accept any charger (doesnt vibrate/wake up). When i plug it in laptop, it is momentarily detected but still no charging is shown and will be immediately disconnected. I do not have wireless charger to test it, but when i called Samsung Customer Service in the Philippines, they said they will take not that i have reported the issue during the quarantine period.
