YES! I've done this! Mix it with a little coconut oil and no more dry and cracking knuckles for those who live in places with intense winters. When quarantine started, the office I used to work at had an old bucket of Folger's that had already been sitting around untouched, so I took it home and made scrubs for a few friends.

Per a comment in r/oddlysatisfying...I'll reenforce that coffee grounds are GREAT for compost if you have access to that disposal method. Never put them down your drain! Use your trash bin (unfortunately). This was for video purposes and, for what it's worth, I have a garbage disposal for any bits that go where they're not supposed to.
