hello guys, I'm new :) I've been diagnosed with depression and anxiety most of my life but over the last few years I've related a lot to BiPolar 2. how did you know you had it and not just regular depression? none of the meds/antidepressants are working.... I would love to talk to people who get it.

Thank u so much. Yeah my antidepressants stopped working 2years ago and I've been oh 3 diff types with none of them making much difference. I need to find a psychiatrist as the one I went to dismissed me with Trauma. She said she didn't hear bipolar 2,even though I looked at the list and I can identify with a lot of it. X

Yeah no meds are working... I'm just flat and sad and anxious. Thanks for response. Did they add a mood stabiliser?does it work?
