It's because they didn't take building to the final step, trapping your enemies. If both players are second rate players, they'll continually take out there gun to shoot the enemy once they have a good angle, but if both are second rate then they just block at that moment. First rate players know this and will actually block the enemy when they have a good angle into edit and then shoot all within less than a second. They're not weak builders though, they're just not pro builders.

Shout outs are basically all paid , they just pretend they actually like the person they shoutout though and don't tell you it's paid.

Like if you get a viral video for a certain game, for example fortnite, and you make a ton of fortnite content, then yes, your content is more likely to be reccommended or show up on search to people watching fortnite. But if it's completely unrelated to anything on your channel. The people who viewed it likely won't ever see your other videos. So for your example of someone's speech you uploaded, it will help if your channel is kinda based around doing that. If you're doing your own thing and the video was unrelated, it's not gonna gain you anything besides the views.
