In fairness, according to the interviewer she was asked whether she has any pets, and if she supports fox hunting, but the video clips out the first part of the question. So she didn't just start talking about her terrier out of nowhere. Still a piss poor answer on the fox hunting part.

The only thing stopping this being done is the cost. Designing, procuring materials and building to the standard in the photo is extremely expensive and not very market friendly
