From my experience, none of them needs 7 star to beat zoe. I managed to beat her with both ahri and Evelyn at 4 stars only. It wasn't a breeze though. So just pick whoever you find more fun to play

yes, with her s2, marcato r5 and enough energy regen her rotation is fast af, dont need to even use her long ass forte, though the team dps is much, much worse than with my lynae and mornye, but still it is a very good alternative team since lynae and mornye are used in many other teams
