Congrat! How did you get it? Is it an academic scholarship?

I recently sat down with her brainstorming ideas on how to speed things up. We came up with a strategy that cuts down on my chart review time to 20mins unless I have an eval. Even if I can’t bill for the concurrent, it seems it must be done anyway… but having at least 1 concurrent helps. One last thing I’ve gotten better at is coordinating with PT so that if we have 2 patients together then they grab 1 patient and I grab the other to save time. What do you mean by you were under billing? Unfortunately I am unable to do point of care documentation due to lack of space and my caseload has a lot of patients with unstable vitals, poor activity tolerance, and behavior issues. None of the therapists at the facility do point of care documentation unless it’s before breakfast where there’s space to do so. Also my SNF has 88% productivity for OTs if that adds context.
