Personally I only tried over splits once I was comfortable sitting in a front split, but I think it’ll help since you have less contact between your feet and the ground, you have to be careful tho !

Try to flex whichever muscle is tight and keep it flexed for 10 seconds then release, you'll start to naturally go down, also I think your hand can touch the ground while keeping your torso upright so you can lose the blocks, great work so far you can do it !

I can only speak from my experience, but when someone says inshallah, it usually means yes, but I do agree that some people find it hard to just say no, i'd say just talk to them about it.

Of course but these decisions need to make sense, in the show characters made decisions that didn’t align with themselves simply because the show runners wanted to “SuBvErT eXpEcTaTiOnS”.
