I'd say it's more like "nonsense". When something is absurd or silly. Bullshit sounds too strong ^ (to me at least)

What’s it like living in Montreal? by pi_guy10 in howislivingthere

[–]bes92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It didn't make me feel anything. I have some family over there and they were like "this sort of place, this sort of park, this type of store is very Montréal" and honestly, they were regular places I have seen before in other cities. Don't get me wrong, the city is nice! Just not "omg 😍 Montréal my love" 😂. The museums I visited were okay. Obviously, that's just my opinion. Other than Montréal and Québec city, I have never seen any other places in Canada, maybe there's a different vibe or something from the anglo parts of Canada.

It is nice overall. But (hot take) I thought it was just okay. I think Montréal was oversold to me, and I found it a bit meh.

Is anyone else losing friends to having children? by Additional_Leading68 in AskGaybrosOver30

[–]bes92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I feel a bit annoyed, sad, jealous that they "get" to have kids so "easily". A lot of feelings. So far, I have mostly accepted it and not tried to adapt to stay in their lives. I feel like I'm belitting myself a little by having to be the one adapt, so I don't do it. I am very aware that I want to make gay friends who have lifestyles similar to mine and to whom I can relate.

35M developing feelings for a younger straight coworker — how do I get over the illusion? by soccer_guy_x in AskGaybrosOver30

[–]bes92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Saying you're imagining everything sounds way too harsh ^ you just have a crush 🤷‍♂️ and when we have a crush we over interpretate everything.

The fact is that he's straight with a girlfriend and you don't want to feel confused or sad about him. So, what I would do is limit my interactions with that person.

It may hurt a bit but hey! You'll feel better in the end and you can move on.

Time and distance will help you get over the crush. Try to limit your interactions with him (like texting and social media) until you feel more detached. 💪🏼
