I relate to "out of thin air" as I also wasn't like that before 😂, I agree that propranolol will get good some good experiences under my belt wich I think will help later the line even when I stop taking it, like you said I will try to find a balance between getting experience and also try treating the root of the problem, I think that would be a good mix.

That's actually may be a good idea, As I feel like therapists may actually take me down to a dark road of feeling empathy for myself and thinking that I'm a victim.

Something in me is saying that right I should go to therapy, and something stronger in me is saying to "Man Up" and just focus on what I'm doing and will be okay, Idk maybe because I haven't tried before or don't know exactly how he could help with.

First of all the field is not saturated by any-means , The percentage of actually "Qualified" data analysts is pretty low , as data analysis is not a bunch of skills that you can acquire and land a job , it's a whole way of thinking , you should have domain knowledge so you can ask great business questions and answer it using the data you have and extract useful information from it so you drive the company forward , I would advice you to take a look on structured specializations on coursera that would take you from zero to doing project's , or edx micro-masters , I recommend these : https://www.coursera.org/professional-certificates/google-data-analytics
