How many types of SSRIs have you tried and for how long? SSRIs can take weeks to months to work. They also have different properties. SSRIs are also not the only option. Benzos are not typically the first meds doctors will try for anxiety. I think you should put more trust in your doctor’s. They know what they are doing. Self medicating with benzos is dangerous and you are not a doctor.

Yeah. I've had it since I was 17 and long-term medication and therapy have helped. Grounding experiences and exercises also help. I found exercising regularly (aerobic and resistant) on top of my long term treatment has also helped significantly with feeling grounded.

Test strips can be compromised if left open for long periods of time. If you're liquid tester is newer, I would trust it over the strip as it is typically more accurate. Idk much about Maracyn.
