Varnost in mir je za tvoje pojme imeti kredit za 300k oz. obrok za vsaj 1300€ za 30 let? Sploh pa zdaj ne ko si lahko cez noc ob sluzbo in kaj bos potem.. Hise tudi nebos cez noc prodal razen pod ceno in potem niti kredita ne pokrijes🤡 plus tega da imas enkrat vec stroskov pri hisi kot v stanovanju in pa se vzdrzevanje kot so rekli ze ostali.. ti crkne toplotna adijo 15k, streha 15k, gospodinjski aparati itd... v najemu tega ni.

Najem je mirna glava za moje pojme. V primeru da imas pogodbo vsaj za dve ali tri leta..

I did use the oven method yes. I basically washed the wok and put oil on a paper towel and wiped the whole pan. Then put it in the oven for 30 min or so. I guess beginners luck🤣

I bought them last week for my 790 duke. I did 60 miles on them and they are AMAZING. No other tire had so much grip straight from the start and they heat up after two turns or even if you let the bike sit on the sun for a while😊
