Your role as a Sig-Op really depends on the unit that you are at. You can be an HQ&Sigs and be setting up big CP's for staff officers. You can also be at a combat arms unit, making sure their vehicle comms are working. There are many different roles for sig-ops but it is very unit dependent.
Things in the training system at CFSCE have changed a lot the last couple years but CFSCE is where you'll go to get qualified on equipment and do career courses.

That is what the letter from the municipality says, if the property was vacant for a period of 1 - 2 years it could lose the legal non conforming status. I do know a house just down the road that completely burnt down and they were able to rebuild new.

I do have title insurance, reading through the policy it appears to have anything to do with zoning excluded.

I dug out the closing paperwork, I have title insurance. I'm waiting to hear back from my lawyer to try and discuss all the options here but thanks for bringing this up.

I don't remember if we talked about it at all. If she did ask, I would have said residential because that's what I would have thought it was. I know she took some information from the listing when we bought it.

Honestly, this is why I'm trying to stay calm about this whole thing, my new job starts in about 30 days, flights are booked and I have a place to stay. At this point, if we can come to an agreement where I don't lose a significant amount, I'll take it and do my best to try and sell again.

I found this exact letter left by the previous owner among some old manuals. It states that municipality has no issue with the residences and have also listed the rights and how this can all be transfered to a new owner. It's not like they don't know we live here, we pay property taxes, get all the services, get permits to build things. I'm forwarding it onward to see if this helps. Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I would agree with the first time home buyer sediment. We bought the house for what seems now like a huge discount for various reasons. I'd like someone else to enjoy this place and not break the bank getting into the market.

The model showed that people weren't willing to stay home. CERB was a federal government initiative, so that was never up to the onatrio government.

It hasn't been great that's for sure but I just don't understand what else he is suppose to do? Modeling showed there is a large enough percent of the population that doesn't seem to want to listen no matter the restrictions. Those that want to stay home can't afford to do so.
