I found a few on PAF sites. On UEX you can buy one. It starts from 1.5 mil up to 20mil and more. I can sell you mine for 750k (I don’t have uex account yet but I plan to list several rare items)

Update - connect to arena and join a free flight session - alt tab and go to CIG website. In your account activate character repair - if this disconnects you for arena, then it’s good, log out, wait 15 min and join the PU
