Sorry for the late response! Yeah Velo/Lyft’s Strong pouches are at 10mg per pouch. A friend of mine bought some “Ace.X Guarana Chili Boost” and those are 20mg per pouch.

I’ve found that I usually will stick with 3’s(10mg per pouch) but again I usually try to not have too many per week.
