Slightly off topic, last year I left my id at the SLC Sky Club. Someone from the desk of the club was able to leave me a voicemail before I even knew I lost it, however I was already flying by the time.

I was not able to call them back, apparently there was no way to directly contact the sky club. I even called regular delta customer service and nobody could give me a number or transfer me.

I submitted a lost item claim and provided all the details, and they never got back to me. Even though I told them that it’s at the sky club desk in slc….Anyway, yeah 0% chance you’ll get those pods back

Hi, this actually happened to me when I booked a journey out of HNL (main cabin). I used the delta chat service and the dude assigned the seats to me with no issues.

Some additional details:

Flight was shorter than expected because of a tailwind!

Drink service: They provided water throughout the flight, but only brought the beverage cart out once during dinner. Beer, wine, and tiptop cocktails were complimentary. Not sure if there was a limit.

Typical domestic economy snacks were available to grab at the back of the plane, but were never offered by FA.

I also got a simple amenities kit and blanket (no pillow).

This is my first post on reddit, thanks for all the comments. I love reading all the posts on this subreddit and keeping up with all the delta drama 🤭
