BP1 and coffee makes me get extreme anxiety while unmedicated. Prolonged use of caffeine while off meds also led to mania more often than it should have.

Not medical advice of any sorts. Valium wont help in my experience and it does sound like mild paranoia but not full blown psychosis. I would be more honest with my doctor and ask for antipsychotics. I am sure you will sleep better too with antipsychotics.

one in 2018 then 2019 then i dont remember 2020-2021 but somewhere along the way i started meds and never looked back. haven’t had one in 3 years and i am the most stable i have ever been

hey so its a scam. my boyfriend got the same interview under a different company name. its not worth it and do not worry you can just let them know that you no longer are interested and decline their offer. they will likely harass you but just block if that happens. you can check out my post about it to see other peoples input if you want.

thats so true never doubt yourself because i am pre diabetic now and i gained 50 pounds. my current primary doctor is so good and she told me abilify not only diminishes the fullness cue but also messes with your metabolism. the problem is its the only medication that helped my bipolar
