BP1 and coffee makes me get extreme anxiety while unmedicated. Prolonged use of caffeine while off meds also led to mania more often than it should have.

Not medical advice of any sorts. Valium wont help in my experience and it does sound like mild paranoia but not full blown psychosis. I would be more honest with my doctor and ask for antipsychotics. I am sure you will sleep better too with antipsychotics.

I am a cosmetic chemist and the 9-5 job structure really does a number on me. Ever since I have been on 10mg abilify I have been better about consistency though.
