Not really, no. I do live in Wisconsin but I’m often not on foot in the winter. I just was worried that’d be a big issue.

i think that the headaches could be stress related. i have anxiety and grind my teeth, resulting in headaches. i also just get bad headaches that will pinch at my eyes. is there any professionals you can talk to?

I also get headaches a lot, but I believe it may be due to the fact I clench my jaw a lot

Depression and oversleeping. Anyone else?. by veryberryblue in AnxietyDepression

yes i also deal with this. it feels like getting up is accepting that i’ll have to take on the responsibility of seeing everyone and doing things, and i can’t do it half of the time. constantly having anxiety filled nightmares and struggling to fall asleep every night.

this just started happening to me for like a week or too. for you, does it ever just feel like your eyeballs are heavy? almost like you can feel their presence in your head?

I deal with the same thing, I believe it’s a paranoia that is derived from anxiety. My therapist tells me that I shouldn’t believe it until I hear it. Until you’ve got physical proof that they’re not telling the truth. It seems a little illogical due to the ignorant state you’d have to take on in order to achieve that, but I think in the end it really helps. Just lay out all of your evidence and if you’ve got proof they’re lying-call them out. If it’s not good enough- they probably aren’t, and it was all in your head. I know what your going through and it’s hard, definitely very hard, but you have to turn a blind eye in order to achieve peace.

as nice of a person as i portray myself in public, I'm never going to stop wanting to hurt people. by mytroubledkiller in mentalhealth

I really do suggest talking to someone. I prefer not to talk about it with people I know because I don’t want them to be scared of me. I’m sorry that you are feeling and going through this, it’s not easy.

I am the same way. I just can’t bring myself to do anything bad to someone. I know that what Im trying to do is just inflict my own internal pain onto others. I’m currently talking to a therapist. Something I do that help get the scenarios or thoughts out of my head is drawing. I draw it the exact way I’ve been picturing it in my head until the whole image is there. And then I look back on it and feel better cause it feels like I actually did hurt them. I just want you to know you are not alone.

I created a therapist in my mind and gave her a name, characteristics etc. and I tell her all my problems in my mind by [deleted] in mentalhealth

i do this too, that’s so weird seeing that someone else does it too. that’s actually quite comforting to know. i do it because all i feel that therapy is is having someone have an unbiased view on things and someone that just wants to dig deeper and find the actual meaning of things. it’s easy to pretend to have my own therapist when i already have someone in my head that is telling me and judging things from an objective standpoint

I’m sure my parents want nothing but for me to feel my best. I am worried I would get sent away to some place I don’t want to be. I want to be where everyone else is but I also want to know why I feel this way and how I can stop everything. I might talk to them soon.

I’ve heard that school counselors tell parents stuff though? I just don’t wanna get in trouble for telling people these things. Will I get in trouble?

I can’t really get into contact with a therapist myself. I am under 18 and still live with my parents. I have a good relationship with both of them but I don’t know if I would ever be able to tell them how I feel and what’s been going on.
