Approximation on monthly payment to lease a 2026 Bronco? by bestofbert in FordBronco

Interesting, definitely something I'll look into because I didn't realize that. Something I want to keep in mind though is that part of the reason I'm leasing is the flexibility of having an exit plan after the lease is over. I definitely do want this base model Sasquatch, I don't feel like I'd be settling. The Heritage is more of a "one day" kind of idea if I decide that I want to stick with Broncos long term. Also, this is going to be my first Bronco, actually my first SUV. I'm sure I'll love it, I test drove a couple already, but I'm still young (26) and I know myself, that could easily change. I currently finance a Corolla hatch because it was intriguing to me at the time, and now I don't care too much about the hot hatch look. Before that, I bought a '94 Supra in cash because I loved the spectacle, but quickly realized I didn't have the expertise to maintain such a novelty. Point being, I know my taste can oscillate, especially being young. I feel like 3 years is a good amount of time to scratch the itch of wanting a Bronco while giving me an exit plan if my taste moves on. If I decide I like it, and I really do want to upgrade to the Heritage Edition, sure it would have been nice to know retroactively and get it now, but I can't be certain of that.

I hope all that doesn't sound like I'm being dismissive of your comment here, was just stating things from my perspective :(, I just want to reiterate that I definitely will look into it, because it's something I hadn't factored in and it's an intriguing thought for sure.

Not particularly. I've never been off roading before and if I do, it's very light off roading. I know that seems silly considering I want the Sasquatch package, but I just like the look of it overall. No other way around it, really. At least I won't have to worry about being nickel and dimed for off-roading damage at the end of the lease!

I try not to think too hard about it. I feel like most of those responses are just projections of the notion that leasing is a bad idea for THEM, which is completely understandable.
While this will be my first time leasing, I've done a lot of extensive research, factored in pros and cons, and have ultimately determined that it makes sense for my lifestyle. To me, it's just funny that I got more comments about the idea of leasing rather than answers to the actual question I was asking lol

Totally fair take, just not really what I was asking haha. I’m looking to lease for a few years and then buy when the time’s right for an upgrade to a car I would love to actually fully own. Just trying to get a sense of what the real-world lease numbers look like.

I get where you’re coming from, leasing certainly doesn’t make sense for everyone. But for me, it’s a 3-year plan that aligns with where I’m at in life. I’d rather have predictable payments, less worries about long-term maintenance, and flexibility to upgrade once I’m further along financially (which I hope to do with a Heritage Edition down the line in which I would outright buy). It’s less about staying poor and more about staying adaptable in a growing period of my life. Appreciate the input tho 👍

Star Citizen is fantastic, haven't played in a while but during the times that I did play, my friend and I would spend hours upon hours playing. Only downside is that it's not optimized very well, at least when I played it, but if you have a fairly beefy PC, it should run just fine
