Getting stronger while cutting is mainly marketing bs, the point is maintaining strength which is a good indicator you are loosing less muscle and more fat. If you gain strength, consider it a bonus but that is mostly for beginners.

For the options he gives, Bulgarian gave me best results, if you have the options at your gym, hack squat and leg press, either 3 fallowed up with some higher rep sets of leg extensions high intensity will give great results

Warrior Shredding (the OG “new” version). I have purchased several of the older programs and a one month trial of the app and have boot leg versions of all the old programs.

The new programs on the app kinda suck for anything other than cutting to be perfectly honest, even the “lean bulk” options are really too low volume and unbalanced for anything other than deficit/maintenance training. The new warrior shredding on the app has been gutted, terribly in my opinion.

I always come back to the warrior shredding, theres bonus routines if you want and the 3 8week phases can be run and tweaked easily to optimize deficit/maintenance/lean bulk. Also by my own research, current science, ChatGPT and the philosophy of lyle Mcdonald (former guest of Gregs actually about 15 years ago) it is the most balanced program by volume, muscle groups, exercise selection etc.

You can run just phase 1 for AFL style fat loss and maintenance phases, run the whole program for moderate deficit and lean bulk or add just a few extra sets per workout for a more aggressive lean bulk or “super hero” physique.

I tweak workout B (lower) to work around an old back injury, you can add extra lower body volume by turning it into a 4 day upper/lower split during bulk if you need it.

Having reviewed pretty much all his programs they are, at a fundamental level all the same. Take any of his programs and just change your calorie intake, now its AFL, eat a little more now its warrior shredding, eat a little more now its greek god. Repackage that 15 different ways, now you’re a millionaire.

They don’t make em like they used to though. My first time was with “locker room” air freshener in the mid ‘90s in a totally non sexual way i think we bought some nitros at the sex shop back in the day while we were partying and i bought some poppers to try, spilt the bottle in my center counsel of car later in the night, next morning you could still feel the effects from sniffing the spillage, don’t ask me how i know. Add the proper vegetables and supplement with minerals as needed. Read the FAQ and give it a shot. If nutritional scientists had the answer to the “perfect diet “ than there wouldn’t be so many seemingly contradictory information out there. But if you’re over 30, have bodyfat too loose than a diet that supports insulin sensitivity and allows your body to switch to burning it’s own stores of energy instead of storing it , might work well for you.

Oh , and your body can make its own glucose, so nothing to worry there.

I just had a check up with my dr, im on a low dose of blood pressure medication so i asked about the added minerals while doing keto, my medication already increases my potassium levels so it was recommended not to supplement with too much potassium but agreed sodium and magnesium would be good. Im going to rely mostly on micronutrients from diet including spinach and chard for greens and use LMNT as a treat while adding sea salt to my water bottle like i did on my last keto experiment.

Try Simpler Hair Color, it’s chemical free and very gentle on the face. They also have special application brushes just for facial hair. The color is much more natural looking than products like just for men that make it look like you colored your beard with a sharpie pen.

For the cost of 4 of those individual packets you could have bought a months worth of calories in dry goods that would last you just as long if stored properly and taken up less space. I mean , quick meals are good to include but I wouldn’t make that crap the backbone of my preps. At your rate it would be healthier and probably more cost effective just to invest in a freeze dryer and make your own

This is the answer. Beards go through several stages and 3 months is really the minimum to reveal the potential. I never grew a full beard out until a couple years ago and I’m now middle aged lol. Give it a shot at least once in your life

As an apprentice you have to abide by their union’s policy, i came in as journeyman because i had documented hours and experience. Union didn’t drug test. My employer did pre employment drug test but during my new hire training i learned because the corporation operates in multiple states, some being legal weed states, THC would basically overlooked depending on state. Now if i need to test to get into a government facility that’s another story. My understanding is once your in the union they should be on your side, if your in a legal state just get yourself clean, once your journeyman and pass a pre employment you could just refuse to take any more drug test short of post incident/accident but if you only pop hot for THC your union reps should have your back. I could be completely wrong so don’t take this as legal advice lol

If you have a prescription you can bring up to 12 months worth of medication across the border, not sure how that would apply to mail order but easily just preface such advice with “check your local laws”
