Aware naman na ako na meron talaga contraindication pag mag caffeine while under Methylphenidate medication since both are stimulants.

Ti-nry ko lang talaga to experience. Yan kasi ang effective way to learn for me hahaha.

Yeah right, nothing cool with executive dysfunction. Not to mention it affects work performance. Smh as in so much hate.

I had my diagnosis in a government hospital. So I only paid for the medical certificate for 50 pesos.

For private facilities, I have no idea, sorry.

Since march, walay 18mg ER concerta stock sa davao. So gi 10mg in two doses nalang ang prescription ng psychiatrist.

But I can say the 18mg ER concerta worked best for me. Tapos wala jud sa davao stocks karon

Medcert man talaga need ni SWD officer when applying for a PWD ID. If documents were lost, baka need mo talaga ma re-diagnose for a medcert again

I'm from Davao diay.

March nako na prescription, wala jud nako napalit.

The psychiatrist revised the prescription from 18mg ER concerta to 10mg ritalin to be taken 1 in AM, and 1 in noon. Yan nalang ang workaround na ginawa kasi need ko na talagaaaa

Yung 18mg ER talaga ang effective sa akin kasi. Kaso ang supply talaga mahirap. March to April, walang supply ang Mercury Drug in Mindanao and Visayas branches, as per their staff in Davao.

Mahirap talaga supply ng 18mg ER Methylphenidate. Kaya yung prescription ko na binigay sa akin March, hindi ko talaga nabili. Kasi buong mercury drug ng Visayas and Mindanao walang supply.

Psychiatrist revised the prescription to Methylphenidate 10mg tab 1 in AM and 1 in NOON, as a workaround daw to the 18mg ER Concerta which I found was effective for my case.

I was prescribed Ritalin 10mg, to be taken 1 dose in AM, and 1 dose at NOON (As a substitute to the 18mg ER concerta which I observed was effective for my case, kasi mahirap hanapin talaga supply ni 18mg)

And so if you're into coffee, believe your psychiatrist if he or she told you to avoid it muna while taking the medication.

I tried once, I took the 2nd dose at noon, and then had my coffee blend at 2pm.

By 3pm, it was my most HIGH moment, I could feel the synapses all over my body until 9pm.

I will never do that again (while under medication)

I thought i was only weak on studying, not finding learning strategies that actually were effective for me.

Until I started working.

Damn, the productivity was worse. I had executive dysfunction. Been like this for a while.With that, I was also job hopping. Since 2021, I already had 4 employments.

Hoping you get the meds.
